Euparkeria is a small quadraped reptile. It lived in the mid Triassic and is considered to be a link to the evolution of all dinosaurs and birds. It was mostly a insect eater; unlike its future kin it was smaller than the wild life. It is been shown that it had a special joint in its leg that allows it to move from bipedal to quadruped. It is believed to be nocturnal and had more in common with nocturnal birds and reptiles.
